Our Vision for Living Water Mission

Our Vision for Living Water Mission

We are Living Water Mission (LWM), led by Pastors Guy and Colleen Willson in Papua New Guinea. We believe we are living in a “Laodicean age” where the return of the Lord is imminent, making our call to fulfill the Great Commission more urgent than ever.

Our Core Mission

Our primary focus is to make disciples of all nations, prioritizing the winning of souls and teaching the Word over peripheral humanitarian ministries. While statistics suggest most of PNG is Christian, we believe the spiritual condition is dire and requires a return to foundational biblical truths.

Key Initiatives

  • Basic Concepts Course (BCC): We teach a comprehensive curriculum covering salvation, the work of the Holy Spirit, faith, and healing to lead Christians toward a consecrated life .
  • Training Local Teachers: We aim to train native speakers in Alotau to teach the BCC in their own local dialects, ensuring the Word is communicated in a way that truly transforms village culture.
  • Marine & Youth Ministry: Using our 70ft schooner, Living Water, we provide adventure training and discipleship to young men to replace “gang culture” with a sense of individual responsibility.
  • Vocational Training: We plan to expand into boatbuilding and timber milling, utilizing tools we brought from England to provide practical skills alongside spiritual growth.

A Call to Action

We are seeking partners to join us in this final harvest—whether through prayer, teaching, or financial support for our boat ministry. We believe that soon we will all stand before the Bema seat of Jesus to have our fruit assessed, and we must be obediently about God’s business today.
